Tax law is the codified system of laws that describes government levies on economic transactions, commonly called taxes. Tax law covers the rules, policies and laws that oversee the tax process, which involves charges on estates, transactions, property, income, licenses and more by the government. Taxation also includes duties on imports from foreign countries and all compulsory levies imposed by the government upon individuals for benefit of the state. There are hundreds of accredited business schools in the USA. Many are accredited by the AACSB or ACBSP or recognized by AAFM. These undergraduate or graduate programs may allow the student to major or graduate with a tax related degree such as a Master of Science in Taxation.
